The film"Visible Darkness" tells the story of Ronnie, a resident of London, who sets off on a trip to India after his mother, Suleka, disappears and suddenly appears in a hospital in Kolkata. Unable to figure out the reason behind his mother's return to her native country, Ronnie is shocked when Suleka is killed in a suspicious cult incident. The subsequent deaths seem to be connected to a series of long-ago murders that stopped when Suleka left India with her baby son 28 years ago. However, now the killings have reemerged.　　As Ronnie's inner turmoil intensifies and the murders escalate, all signs point to the infamous witch from Kolkata's mental institution.
